We have arrived at a point in history where it is possible to create a new vehicle for change. With collaboration, creativity and technology we can be more strategic and effective in communicating the lifestyle of Jesus than ever before. We are now seeing a global grassroots ground swell for transformation happening.

Welcome to The Tribe.



These concerns, that pose, a serious threat to human existence and quality of life, send people across the globe to share food, provide medicine, build shelters, and take a stand with those who suffer, so that they know they have not been forgotten, abandoned to their crises, or left to die.

In doing this what have we learned? In order to bring relief and change to peoples lives who literally depend on the compassion and kindness of others, two privileges we often take for granted need to be given: Education and Training.


If people live on the edge of extinction for lack of knowledge, then it is clear that we must add information that produces change along with whatever else we bring them. Wells need to be drilled, wounds and illnesses need to be mended and cured, basic food supplies need to be delivered. But if the people whose lives are imprisoned in these deplorable conditions do not learn a new way to view their world and to take action in it to address the causes of disease, famine, and conflict, they will go on perpetuating their misery generation after generation. In that case, everything that we do for them will amount to nothing more than a token transaction rather than vital TRANSFORMATION.

The Tribe has quietly been growing among active agents of transformation living and serving others in many parts of the world–from the inner cities of major metropolitan areas to huts in remote villages. Members of The Tribe have committed themselves to “live, in action, with strategy”. To get the highest results from our efforts, we work as a team, by forming high impact low maintenance missional communities engaged in personal, spiritual, communal, cultural, and national transformation.


The Tribe exists in partnership with Youth With A Mission and Global Media Outreach



Youth With A Mission has been involved in global transformation for fifty years, with a world-wide network of people and institutions dedicated to various humanitarian and Christian causes and are now training young men and women to be agents of change in ninety languages in over a hundred different countries.




Global Media Outreach has effectively tapped the potential of the Internet to introduce people to transformational information of Jesus. Currently on average, each month 1.5 million people make use of their 150+ creative websites, which can be accessed in fourteen different languages to turn their lives over to God.


Imagine adding 1.5 million people a month to the millions of others whose spiritual formation in Christ is being developed according to his transformational lifestyle. And imagine this taking place in their personal homes, with their friends, in their sphere of influence, in their culture, in their nation. We would begin to see transformation in all categories of life, in ways the world has ached centuries for.
